Refund Policy

At High Notes Academy, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every student benefits from our courses. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and for that, we offer the following refund policy:

30-Day Refund Guarantee
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchasing any course that offers a refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, simply email us at paarth@highnotesacademy.com with your refund request. No questions asked.

One-Time Refund Policy
Each customer is eligible for a one-time refund. This means that if you have received a refund from us in the past, you will not be eligible for any further refunds. Abuse of our refund policy will not be tolerated.

Product-Specific Refund Policy
Please note that not all courses come with a refund guarantee. If a course does not offer refunds, this will not be shown on the course page. Refund requests for such courses will not be accepted.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed directly through Razorpay, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-8 business days after your request is approved.

Refunds will only be issued once per customer, per product.
If you've already received a refund for a course, you are ineligible for future refunds.
